As from the 1st of January 2023 the already existing HUB BOOST Smart Industry has become part of EDIH BOOST Robotics, making it one of the five industrial EDIH’s in The Netherlands. The EDIH’s are part of a larger European network of digital innovation hubs which are subsidised to accelerate digitalisation and smart industries. This guarantees continued support in building a relevant and future-proof industry over the next 3 years.
Providing Assistance and guidance
EDIH BOOST Robotics focuses on SMEs within the industrial-, food and agricultural sectors as well as MedTech. At the EDIH BOOST Robotics facilities, entrepreneurs have access to knowledge and expertise, test-facilities (test-before-invest), advice in getting financial aid and international scaling opportunities. Special ‘innovation brokers’ advise and assist entrepreneurs. The brokers are connected to institutions such as Kennispoort Regio Zwolle, RCT Gelderland and Novel-T. They make the process of gaining access to field- and skills labs efficient and provide direct links to the required experts and network.
